Santa Monica Mountains

Santa Monica Mountains

Ride coastal California’s finest cycling routes—paved, gravel, and everything in between—as part of your spring build.

The canyon climbs of the Santa Monica Mountains, between Los Angeles and Ventura, are the perfect venue for logging big miles in the spring. With an abundance of sun, big ocean views, and your choice of silky pavement or dirt trails—or both—escape from the winter doldrums for endurance miles at their finest.

With the Pacific Ocean as our constant companion, we’ll explore a spider’s web of canyon climbs. We’ll cover the best that southern California has to offer, right out our backdoor.

Important Things to Note

  • Bring a bike equipped with a large range of gears. These climbs can get steep—above 12% at times.
  • This tour is limited to 5 guests unless special arrangements have been made.
